Deborah Neff is the Vice President, Marketing for Sephora Canada where she has been building her team and developing the Sephora retail brand within the Canadian marketplace for over three years now. Previous to Sephora, she was on the brand side in Marketing at Revlon for 10 years and before venturing into beauty, she was at General Mills for 8 years.
