Andrea is responsible for leading Indigo’s Strategy and International portfolios as well as the digital transformation and brand evolution including the Digital and Customer teams. Andrea’s passion is in bringing the customer’s voice to the table. Solving for the future customer needs in order to always be at the forefront of innovation and an elevated customer experience. Andrea is also the founder of Thoughtfull.co, a marketplace of products and experiences designed to make gift giving easy and joyful.
