Ishma is a seasoned media veteran, bringing 18 years of experience to her position at Initiative. An expert in consumer culture and motivations, Ishma’s talent is buoyed by the awards she’s received, such as a Silver AToMiC award for Wendy’s and a Bronze Media Innovation Award for RBC. Ishma holds a Creative Advertising Certificate, with a focus in media, from Centennial College. Outside the office, she spends time with her family, and donates her time with a Steel Band Organization and local Autism Awareness Activities
